Last week while watching BBC 2010 F1 review on Sebastian vettel homecoming in Milton Keynes one can only see a new schumi in making. Champagne and cheers greeted Sebastian Vettel on his first visit to the Red Bull factory as Formula One's 33rd and youngest world champion. But as the music boomed and the speeches flowed, the German's mind played back those moments immediately after he crossed the line at Sunday's Abu Dhabi Grand Prix and thought the title had gone. 'It was funny, I knew I had won the race,' said Vettel at the team's Milton Keynes base. 'But I was ready to accept the outcome of the championship no matter what because you don't win or lose it in one afternoon. 'I was waiting for my engineer to make the call. He came on the radio and said we had to wait until the others had finished. I already thought it hadn't worked and I hadn't won. He went through the positions and then told me I was world champion. Everything stopped.' It was then the world heard him dissolve into hopelessly tearful words over the team radio. Since then life has been a whirl: a visit to Red Bull's headquarters in Salzburg, at which his blubbing was replayed on video, and thence to the south...more

Geneva Chiropractor Discusses Headaches, Finding and Fixing the Cause. Part 2 of 2 In our last article we discussed how many people believe that headaches are normal. So the first thing I need to do is dispel this myth. Headaches, whether they be Migraine, Tension or Cluster are fairly common but they are not normal. Something causes this pain in the head and it is not stress. Stressors or triggers, like chocolate, bright lights or noise, red wine, etc.... may act as a trigger to bring on the headaches but they are not the cause. Something in your body is causing an abnormal reaction to these external stimuli that results in headache pain. For many individuals, the cause of their headache pain is a subluxation or pinched nerve in the neck. This can cause decreased nerve flow to the blood vessels of the head resulting in a Migraine type headache. Or it may cause increased tension in the muscles of the head, neck and face resulting in a tension type headache. In other instances it can cause abnormal messages to the sinus area resulting in sinus type headaches. In each of the examples above it is fairly common for a person to have subluxations that result in nerve irritation...more
