Do they tell you like it is or do they have something to sell you? Most if not all solid and successful businesses are built are on a core set of values centered in honesty and integrity.
Do they teach you to look for the sale at all costs or do they tell you to treat your customers the way you wish to be treated? Customers are people like you after all.
Once you find an eLearning instruction program that meets all the above criteria, choose a program that has a proven track record. This doesn't mean a new program isn't good; it means the opportunity for success is greater with a program that is time tested and proven. Go with a proven leader and the formula for success will follow.
