Cardiff British Millitary Fitness with Penarth based Personal Trainer As a change for our Cardiff British Millitrary Fitness session, we had a Penarth personal trainer come down to take us for the session. He was a trainer who did a lot of home visits in Penarth, a guy who runs successful Cardiff Bootcamps and a resounding reputation for getting people into great shape.The Penarth PTI set us a time challenge and we raced 50m, over the mounds and back again.
