What is NLP NLP or Neuro-linguistic programming is the science of changing human behavior into a better person through communication. NLP is an advance method from hypnosis. It was first founded by Richard Bandler, a psychology student, and a professor of linguistics John Grinder. Bandler was originally majored in mathematics and computer science but then switched to behavioral science. It started when Bandler was listening to a recorded therapy session of therapist named Virgina Satir and Fritz Perls.
