It will make you melt with its heat, its tangyness, and its inability to peg to any category. Is it Italian? Asian? Mexican? You decide. To make it you will need a blender or food processer. I use the processer section of a Cuisinart immersion blender. First I'll show you how to make the sauce, which is more like a chutney and which gives the dish its name.1/2 cup fresh cilantro1/2 cup italian parsley3 cloves garlic1 shallotjuice of 1 lime plus a splash of bottled lime juice1/2 fresh serrano pepper, 1/2 fresh jalapeno peppersplash of extra virgin olive oil1/4 teaspoon ground cominosalt and pepper to tasteProcess on pulse the parsley and cilantro. Add the garlic and shallot which you have already chopped somewhat and the peppers which have had the seeds removed. Pulse. Add the lime and lime juice, olive oil, comino, salt and pepper. BP's Top Kill Effort Fails To Save Gulf Oil Leak BP admitted defeat Saturday in its try to plug the Gulf of Mexico oil leak by pumping mud in to a busted well, but is readying yet another approach after repeated failures to cease the crude that's fouling marshland and beaches.BP PLC Chief Operating Officer Doug Suttles said the company determined the "top kill" had failed after it spent four days pumping heavy drilling mud in to the crippled well 5,000 feet underwater. Over 1.2 million gallons of mud was used, but most of it escaped out of the damaged riser.In the four weeks since the spill began, the company has failed in each try to cease the gusher, as estimates of how much oil is leaking grow more dire.
