When entering the microstock photo sales arena your digital camera is the most important tool you will have. Acceptance or rejection of your microstock images will depend foremost on the quality of the image you are selling; to take the best quality microstock images I personally recommend a 5 mega-pixel digital camera that is set to maximum resolution. In the beginning you may be tempted to submit all the photos you have stored on your computer yet I strongly advise against this; upload no more than 50 photos at a time and be very careful to not duplicate a submitted photo as this might lead to rejection of both photos and, in some cases, possible account closure. To avoid the possibility of submitting duplicates I recommend that you not change the file name as your PC will point out any duplicated file names; however, once you have chosen the files you wish to submit you can change the file names accordingly.
