Starting any new business as a self employed person is always going to be a challenge
. Sacrifices must be made to achieve success in your online business. It's very different to turning up to a job every day and getting paid for work that someone else has created.
So what do you have to sacrifice? That all depends on your current situation and what goals you hope to achieve through the new business. The biggest sacrifice will be time. If you have a full time job and currently spend most of your free time watching TV or playing games or sports, then perhaps some of that time needs to be utilized better.
Whatever online business you start doing will require consistent effort on your part. Nobody becomes successful by just putting an hour or two here and there into developing their business. So turn off the TV because that won't make you any money. A hobby or even some sleep may have to be sacrificed.
If you are not willing to sacrifice anything, it's probably best that you stick to a regular job because you are not ready to be a home based business owner. Would you rather sacrifice a few years of your life so you can live the way you want? Or spend forty years of your life working for someone else and helping them reach their goals?
If you work full time currently, of course you won't have as many hours to commit. But it isn't always the quantity of time you devote to something. It's the quality of time. Sometimes people do better with less time than with too much of it. Either way, consistent effort is needed. You'll have to sacrifice time with family and friends to achieve your goals.
If you don't have a regular job, then your sacrifice will be even bigger in terms of time. The more time you put in now, the sooner your business can start growing and the quicker money will start coming in. Pay now and play later or play now and pay later. The choice is yours.
You'll have to spend money to run your business. It may only be a small amount, but you may have to sacrifice something else so you can better use the money for necessities for the business. This doesn't mean you need to buy everything you see, but you do need to spend money to make money.
