Many people that get involved with MLM companies think it's impossible to make money
. They get the idea of them being scams and that its all hype with no results. They don't realize that people are making full time incomes everyday and some are either six figure earners to even millionaires. Making money with a MLM business is a process that takes motivation, dedication, passion, and consistency. The key to your success is lead generation that keeps your MLM business alive.
The process of lead generation is very simple. If you don't produce leads for your business, you have NO business. The process is not hard like people make it out to be. There are some simple steps to follow in order to produce leads for your business. If you follow the steps I'm about to present, you will have no problem bringing in leads for your business which leads to more money in your pocket. I like to call these steps Lead CPR.
Before I start listing the steps that you must take I want to first say NEVER present your business opportunity upfront. In all reality no one gives a damn about your business. The ultimate concern is how it's going to benefit them. People don't join businesses, they join leaders that help guide them to success and they are looking for a system they can plug into that produces results. If you provide value first and not desperately seek money in return, the cash will eventually follow soon after. Like the old saying, give a little and receive a lot.
Like I said before I call these steps Lead CPR and I will explain why. Starting with the word Lead or lead generation, this is the first fundamental you must learn. Generating leads is an art that must not be abused. Remember you want to provide value because you want people to chase you and not the other way around. People don't like to be sold so find something your prospect may want or need. You could even be a problem solver for them in which they may seek what you have to offer. For example, say you have a restaurant and you are looking for more leads/prospects for your business. You create a special of buy a meal and get one free. Do you think you people would flock to a deal like that? Absolutely! It's no different when you are online. Give a free report or training on something. The more value you provide the more valuable you are.
The next step is the C which is Cash Flow. I also like to call it affiliate marketing. This step is great when you are looking to build your business and make money at the same time. Let me explain. Cash flow is very important because you don't want to come out of pocket to grow your business. You don't want to spend your hard earned money on your business whether it's from your full time job or spending the profits from your business. This is where affiliate programs come into place. You make commissions on products that your prospects either need or want. This is your sales funnel. Imagine having 10 different products that your prospects need and say all of them have recurring billing at $30 a month. Say you make a commission of $10 a month on each sale and 50 people buy 1 product. That's $500 a month residual income that you can have to help build your business and whatever is left over is profit. Remember that is only 50 people that bought 1 product. Imagine if 500 people bought 1 product! Do you see the potential?
The P is for Personal Branding. People have to understand that when dealing with MLM businesses, people join people and not the actual business. Many think having a replicated website is fine and dandy to create financial wealth. Now don't get me wrong people are making a pretty penny but it's a very slim percentage. Don't you want to stand out above the crowd? If you do then that's what personal branding is all about. You want to sell you not the company. If you sell the company people can just go to the company and factor you out of the equation, but if you present yourself as the expert then people will tend to listen to you. There is a saying, the more people see you online the more they will see you as an authority. If you don't know what branding is then let me give you some examples? Donald Trump = Trump Towers, Mark Zuckerberg = Facebook, Jack Dorsey = Twitter, and Tawn Smith = The Affiliate Way Network. I think you understand now.
The final step R which represents Recruiting is probably the easiest of them all. The reason being is if you follow the steps that we just discussed, recruiting will come natural. To be honest you really won't have to do much because people will be seeking to join you and your team. The only thing you have to do is show them how to duplicate the process which ultimately makes everyone more money.
Now that you have the fundamentals of MLM lead generation I encourage you do use them going forward. Even though there is more to it than that, Lead CPR will help you a great deal when it comes to building a MLM business. Just stick to the process and you will see your business grow in a matter of time.
