2.Dumbbell Flies:
a.You need to lie on a flat surface with your feet resting on the floor
b.Your back should be strictly straight against the surface
c.Slightly bend your arms
d.Your arms should be slightly a bit more wide than your shoulders and keep your palms facing towards each other
e.Keeping a bend in your arm, move your arm in an arc from the body
f.Lower dumbbells until you feel a stretch in your chest
g.Raise the dumbbells back to their original position in the same arc
h.Pause as you reach the starting position
i.When back to the original position pretend as I f you are to hug a big tree between your chest
j.Now carry on with the same movement and repeat it for 8 more times.
