. In this exercise you have to hold your fingers from the front part and bend them in the opposite direction. They should face opposite your palm and thus a small kind of stretching is done in this way. Do not include your thumb in this session. You need to do the same for it separately. Repeat the same for your other hand. As other exercise this exercise can also be performed anywhere and anytime you wish. It is just to relax your fingers a bit.
