It's about doing it all together. You should combine your body language, eye moments, speech and fluency, humor, observation to give out a perfect speech.

4. Reactions to possibilities - One of their qualities is their ability to react with their own words. As they speak, they continuously think about the possibilities of what he'll say next. And it prepares the them for better words to speak. It helps because they don't get time to prepare the speech every time. Sometimes, it's just about their own thoughts and learnings that work out to form their speech.
