Your goal is to sell something that no one else has. One of the benefits of this, is that there is only 1 you (unless you are a twin - the good side to that is you have double the manpower). EDUCATION

I feel like this is the most often overlooked piece of the puzzle. Too many people jump into business without the proper education. Unfortunately, it is also difficult to learn the operational aspect of a business from a book. School and the real world really have it jumbled. Precisely the reason for a low fixed cost business. You can keep it open while you learn the craft. Sorry, that means storefronts are out the window.
