The whole Six Sigma Process is only as strong as its weakest link. Therefore, you'll want to utilize these scorecards to make sure that everyone on your team is producing results that are positively impacting the business. You can use the scorecards in whatever way that you like, as long as you use them to identify strengths and weaknesses that can make people perform better overall. Allow the scorecards to do their job in the process, and you'll be able to spend more time and effort focusing on the things that really matter: quality improvements and successful Six Sigma Process implementation.
