3.No goal

One mistake is the lack of an action plan. Usually, entrepreneurs just wait and see what happens to their businesses. This should not be the case. Whether you have customers or a busy day, always make sure you have an action plan. Something that you would follow routinely. Make an action plan, from the daily tasks to the long-term goals. In this way, you will know what to prioritize and what to do at the moment.

4.Rushing Success

Again, success doesnt happen overnight. If you want to be successful in what you do, dont take shortcuts. It is better to take is slowly but surely. In this way, you will now only grow your small business, you will also grow as a manager

5.Trying to do everything

Once your business grows, you will most likely have more tasks. This means, you will have to ask for help. Dont try to do everything, if you think you cant handle a certain task, ask for help. We all need help sometime.
