3. Be positive - Thinking positive, what I am talking about, is I always imagine and focus on the positive side of things. I don't worry by my self for bad thing in the past I encountered during my period of addiction with cigarette smoking. I always prefer things that has no connection whatsoever with the cigarettes. 4. Discipline yourself - To me, perhaps this was the most hardest part of my stop smoking experiense.
