Teachers' stress levels have soared to all-time high levels. Stress is a silent killer. Teachers' high stress levels are evidenced by high absence levels and poor health. Stress causes all kinds of physical symptoms that range from the obvious high blood pressure and depression to stomach upsets, diarrhoea and constipation.

You will not have to face the awful drive to work every day. Regain two hours of life every day. No more parents' evenings at the end of a tiring teaching day. No more staff meetings listening to people reading handouts out loud to the meeting. No more break playground duty, dodging snowballs, rain and footballs.
