7 Steps on How to Make Your Business More Profitable in Less Time

#1 - Pay for Extra Help Don't try to do all the work by yourself. It's good to have a team. That way you can give out some of the work. For instance have them answer the phone. Maybe take care of the emails or even do some research for you. Sit down and evaluate your work load and see what can be given to a team member. Use outside help (could be a college student or a stay home mom that is looking for extra income.) Be sure to get someone you know that will do a good job for you. You make that discussion. Just be sure to not over load yourself.

#2 - Stop Wasting Time Your time is valuable so don't waste it. While you are working you need to stay focused. Stop answering phone calls that can wait until later when you are free. Keep your focus off of emails that are not potential clients If someone should drop in for a visit politely explain that you are working and that you can visit later. Keep yourself on track by having a time limit. With each contact or phone call see to it that within a matter of minutes you get to the point. Your time is valuable

#3 - Leave Your Weaknesses Alone Quit pointing out your weaknesses to yourself and those around you. Stop trying to fix them and let it go. Give those things that are not your gifting or talents to a team member. Do the things that you are strong and gifted in. When you work at what you are good at it makes for a better outcome. Give those jobs that you may be bad at to someone who is not. Your day at work will go so much better when you put things into the right perspective. Give your best to what you are good at.

#4- Increase the Price of Your Expertise While building a special client niche I found it to be low cost but not one I prefer to build your business on. It is very difficult. There are 17 other ways to build ones special niche in the business world that would be more profitable. Raising the price on your product and becoming involved in a better upgrade marketing You will find that many problems that take unnecessary time will be done away with.

#5 - Work Less It's a given you can make more money by working one less day a week. This is not some off the wall ideal that someone just decided to come up with. The proven is in the doing. How many days are you now working? If 6 days than try 5 If 5 days than try 4. By dropping a day off you will see that you need to stop unnecessary things and get busy and focused on the days at hand. All the things you may have thought were needed guess what they were not. Give this work one less day a try and see that it is better for you and your business.

#6 - Plan Your Schedule Take the last 5 minutes at the end of your day and plan your schedule for the next day. Also take time at the end of your week to plan your schedule for the next week. This should not take you more than 10 minutes. Be sure to make a plan for each quarter. You may want to take at least a day to do your planning for the quarter. Doing these things will only take a little of your time but it will be a good investment for your time and your business. Don't just work in your business consider the time, talent, energy and money you have put into it and work on your business to make it even a better and prosperous business.

#7 - Need to Acquire a Coach Sometimes to see a change we need to get help. A business coach would be the ideal one to hire. He has been there he knows what you need and how to do what is needed. In order for you to work less and earn more the business coach knows exactly how to change your business into more of a successful and profitable one. Because of his experiences he is able to shade a different light on your business.
