When it comes to online shopping nowadays you have your high street giants which
seem to push smaller company's around and bully them into submission and seem to not care at all at what the consumer actually wants and or thinks. Then you have the smaller firms who generally care about the consumer but are pushed to squeeze every penny of profit out from there products to enable them to compete.
