. This major undertaking is the result of many scientists and industry leaders making numerous measurements and calculations that indicate it is time to put a dome over New Jersey.

Just like other animals, humans continue to multiple and this over population continues to add more burden on existing utilities, which there is simple no room to expand. As a result the sewage system is suffering the worst and this proposal is intended to redirect water from rain fall away from the main sewage facility. There simply is not enough land mass to expand in any other direction.

The plan includes a much less expensive construction of a water diversion system just outside the dome which will redirect the rainfall to a reservoir strategically located where it, alone, will create an estimated two thousand jobs, thereby improving the local economy. In addition, the main project of building the dome will create enough jobs to put all unemployed citizens back to work.

By storing rain water in a giant reservoir, it will be accessible for the lawn care needs of providing sprinkler systems with water for the lawns and other vegetation. This means yards and parks will still be nice and green and provide the generation of oxygen to recycle through the massive ventilation system of the finished facility.

More benefits expected include no worries about weather conditions, meaning there will never be another outdoor event that gets canceled due to rain, snow, or other inclement weather. Sporting events, weddings, reunions and other meaningful events can be scheduled with confidence that bad weather will not ruin the day. With this said, people will only have to worry about weather predictions if they plan to travel outside the dome. And insurance companies expect claims for automobile accidents to decrease in record numbers thereby lower premiums for people who own cars.

The reduction of radiant heat from roof tops, pavement and other structures is expected to reduce global warming and help in causing the ice caps to return to their previous sizes. This will provide natural wildlife and microbiological species to flourish and return the ecosystem to its previous population. Many endangered species will then be removed from the list.

As the world population continues to increase this project will serve to be the first of a long string of such renovations that will make it possible for cities to grow up, instead of out. As a result, the entire planet will realize massive improvements in the environment and all life forms will prosper. This is just the first of many planned efforts to make the best use of what room we have.
