So, next is making sure you provide and present yourself as a coach or mentor. Your downline need to know that you are going to be there to help them make money too. Unfortunately a lot of people fall down in this area. They are able to build a downline, but they dissapear when no guidance is given, and go and find someone who will. I can't imagine where I would be if I didn't give my team value.

Finally you need to ensure that you teach people how to teach the success steps involved with growing their downline. Most people can generate a few leads every now and again, but who can keep their leads is a different story. Ensure that you actively train your downline to teach what you have taught them, as this ultimately builds your overall business quicker, and you have maximum success together. No one got too far as a one man band, it's the team work that is going to get you in the rich's.
