ACN Training - A Game plan for Achievement in ACN

ACN training that actually teaches how to sponsor people other than Aunt Louise or Uncle Bob would be nice, wouldn't it? I'm going to be frank with you: you aren't the only one having a hard time earning any money in ACN. Actually, ninety-seven percent of folks involved with ACN (or any other MLM company) are in your shoes; & I used to be right there with you before I learned what I'm about to share with you. The fact of the matter is that any ACN training that you've probably recieved up until the point where you are reading this article is most likely completely out-dated - and that's the reason for your struggle.

Just so we're on the same page, have you been coached to do any of the following to help grow your ACN business?

-Make a list of everyone you know and bring them to a meeting

-Incase you've forgotten people like your dentist or lawyer, you can use a 'memory jogger' (provided by the upline generally)

-Once you've exhausted the list of people you know, buy 'opportunity seeker' leads on the Internet and call them up

-Perform your 'elevator speech' to anyone standing within three feet of where you are at any given time

-Write down some audacious goals, and you'll magically be the next ACN millionaire

If any of those things sound familiar to you, then you are in dyer need of some new age ACN training - the kind that will work in the 21st century.

Understand, if you're strugglig in ACN, the number one thing you are doing incorrectly is pitching your business opportunity on the front end; people get super excited about the services and the compensation plan, that they they start 'throwing up' on everybody explaining in great detail that "my company is better than yours", they forget the most vital element of a flourishing business - marketing.

The fact of the matter is that your particular business opportunity is the LAST thing you should be pushing to anyone. The first thing you've got to do is develop leadership skills by educating yourself with good marketing skills - then you can provide value to the folks you sponsor which will make sponsoring MUCH easier. After that, by marketing the business in a way that works, you can show your prospects all the value you have & the leadership skills you've learned. When you really learn marketing, you will understand precisely how to only talk to people about your business opportunity that have already ASKED for you to show them your business opportunity; and that reduces frustration and rejection, literally 10 fold.

If you seriously focus on those two principles - learning how to market your ACN business, and then displaying your expertise to your prospects through your marketig - you will never again struggle to recruit another person into ACN. People will want to follow you because you will develop into a leader that they can learn something from.
