Achieve The Highest Goal In Life By Loving Yourself

Majority of people have many goals in their lives

. They may be related to career, personal relationships, jobs and more.

Most individuals just suppress their own feelings and live their life in pleasing others. They yearn for the approval of others, thinking this would provide them with their affection, protection and sense of self worth.

Others affection, protection and approval will never bring self growth, so this goal will become an unreachable goal for the pursuer. In a sense, if a person's aspiration is to be loved, then he might struggle for life and still will never feel sincerely loved. Conversely, if now this goal becomes to "BE LOVING", then he can truly aim and then successfully achieve it. In my opinion, this goal is really worthwhile, to spend your entire lifetime for. I really am convinced that we are here on this earth to truly evolve our mind to love others and us. If you fail to achieve your goal, whatever else you will achieve will never be able to satisfy you or make you happy.

The major difference here is that this goal can never be achieved by just stressing on loving to others, but we must also first love ourselves. Just loving others and not being in position to respect our own feelings and needs, will result in a feeling of hollowness and loneliness in us. The journey towards the goal of feeling secure, worthy and loved is possible with success, if you are capable of taking full responsibility for your needs and emotions. Learning the way to achieve this will fill you with so much warmth and passion that you will enjoy giving it to others for affection rather than to expecting anything from them. Achieving this depends on your own preference. And it is achievable for anybody! Once achieved becomes the basis of a delightful life for you.

It is really strange that many of us get born and brought up in families which never prepare us from childhood to first be loving to ourselves. Most of us are brought up with a mental setup that we would be mean if we would be just concerned about our own necessities rather than serving others. In fact reverse is true, affectionately caring for our own feelings and desires make us independent and less dependent on others.

As grown ups, we should desist from depending on others for our requirements as this amount to just plain selfishness.

Remaining true to our self and having consideration for self feelings and necessities is a very awe inspiring goal, and is in fact a most worthy one. Why not then move toward making ourselves capable of achieving it?
