One of the things I have quickly learnt when becoming a successful online marketer
is to maintain your integrity and don't sell a substandard product or a product you know nothing about. I really believe that unless you have actually tried or thoroughly researched a product you're wishing to market you cannot in all honesty recommend the item to potential clients. You must know how it works. Its strengths and weakness must be exposed and fully transparent to any client you're trying to sell the product to.
For example you may have found a great new DVD Burning Program you want to market. Unfortunately the program requires more than basic computer skills to be run it correctly, It really would be in your best interests as a marketer to detail that particular aspect of the program to any clients you are selling to. You may find the programs advantages for example are great data recovery or being able to make many copies of a DVD easily being a great selling point however if you hadn't researched this product and explained fully the pros and cons to potential clients it is likely that you will have lost their trust and chances are they wont buy from you again.
Do your research and learn about your product.The more you know about it the more of a professional you can be concerning it and this will be invaluable if you are given any questions about it. How highly will you be regarded if you can answer a question about a product in a professional manner such. Remember Integrity in the marketplace. Dont let yourself or your business down by selling crap!
