If you choose to use lotion put on latex gloves and apply color from your toes up so you dont get creases in your midsection for bending over, but if you choose a spray self-tanning start up with the scrub, hold the bottle a few inches away for your skin and spray it on, just dont forget to start from your feet working your way up. Wait until its dry to get dress. The product will start to show after a couple hours.
