According to Mrs. Taylor, the new franchise will feature Always Best Cares non-medical in-home care and assisted living placement services.

She served at Naval Hospital San Diego, CA and Okinawa, Japan. During her tenure in the Navy, she also worked as a Nationally Registered EMT and a Bereavement Counselor. Upon completion of her military service, Mrs. Taylor utilized her work experience to advance in the IT Procurement, Staffing and Recruiting industries. Through her association with Always Best Care, she is able to combine her passions for professional care and contingent labor acquisition management. Always Best Care provides the perfect solution for seniors in my community because that solution is customized to meet their individual needs, she said. We allow our clients to choose to stay home or go to an assisted living community. This customized approach is what drew me to Always Best Care.

Mrs. Taylor also brings personal knowledge and experience to the challenges of providing in-home senior care. When my grandmother needed daily care, I watched my family work very hard to deliver that care, she explained. As my grandmothers health declined, the challenge of finding and providing appropriate care became more evident. My personal experience was painful and frustrating, and left me with an understanding of what so many people are facing with an aging population.
