Carol DiRaimo joined Jack in the Box Inc

Carol DiRaimo joined Jack in the Box Inc. as vice president of investor relations & corporate communications in July 2008. Prior to joining Jack in the Box, she was vice president of investor relations for Applebee's International, Inc. She spent 14 years with Applebee's and served in a variety of capacities, including financial planning and reporting, treasury, and corporate analysis, before heading the investor relations function.

Carol DiRaimo has more than 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, having previously worked for Gilbert/Robinson. A certified public accountant (Bronze Medalist 1983, State of Missouri), Carol DiRaimo has six years of public accounting experience with Deloitte.

0Since joining Jack in the Box, Carol DiRaimo was named to the Institutional Investor All-America Executive Team in 2010 as the top IR professional in the restaurant industry by sell-side analysts. In 2009 and 2010, Jack in the Box received honorable mentions for "Most Progress in Investor Relations" from IR Magazine. In 2009, Carol DiRaimo also received an honorable mention as one of the top investor relations officers among small cap companies across all industries from IR Magazine. While at Applebee's, Ms. DiRaimo was named "Best Investor Relations Officer" for a small to mid cap company and Applebee's was honored for "Best Overall Investor Relations" for a small cap company by IR Magazine for four consecutive years 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007. Institutional Investor Magazine also named Applebee's one of America's Most Shareholder-Friendly Companies in 2006.

Barry DiRaimondo is Legacy Partners President Commercial. Mr. Barry DiRaimondo has been with Legacy Partners for 25 years and is a partner in all Legacy-owned real estate partnerships. He oversees strategic decisions on all real estate and company-related matters for the Commercial Division, including the ownership and disposition strategies on all Legacy-owned assets and the development and acquisition strategies for all Legacy markets. He began his career as a General Contractor for Custom Designs Construction and has over 30 years of real estate experience. He is a member of The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors ("SIOR"), has been a member of the Board of Directors for the San Francisco Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties ("NAIOP") and is a full member and council member of the Urban Land Institute ("ULI"). He is also a member of the Policy Advisory Board for the Fisher School of Real Estate at the Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley. Mr. Barry DiRaimondo holds a BS degree from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA degree from Cornell University.

Joe Dirbas is Advanced Coherent Technologies Founder. Advanced Coherent Technologies, LLC (ACT) was set up in San Diego, California to provide support to government and commercial agencies working in technologies relating to remote sensing. Taking advantage of its location next to SPAWAR, it's excellent contacts within the NAVY and remote sensing communities, and its status as a small woman-owned business, ACT has grown in the last few years from sole proprietorship with one or two small contracts to a well organized LLC with multiple NAVY and industry contracts.
