Australia Business Sub Class 132 is defined in Australian business innovation and investment scheme
. This permit is permanent in nature and is available by invitation only. This classification has been incorporated with an objective off attracting well-off people with considerable wealth to enter the country with their resources and expertise to contribute to the local economy.
There are 2 segments in this classification business-owner and venture capitalist. Where business-owners are expected to set-up a new establishment or acquire a controlling interest in an existing enterprise and participate in day to day functioning of the organization with a role in significant capacity in the management hierarchy.
In the venture capitalist segment it is desired of the migrants to generate and arrange a start up finance from an Aussie start-up financing firm. Both the segments are available to people less than 55 years in age.
To start the process of the migration an aspiring emigrant must create an online digital profile called EOI on the SkillSelect platform. It is mandatory that applicants must indicate the business-owners segment or venture capitalist segment. They need to also indicate the provinces and regions they are interested in. Once the EOI has been generated and filed it is visible to the provinces indicated during the profile creation session. Provinces choose and select the people for sponsorship from the listed profiles as per their discretion and requirements. Once they determine the appropriate profiles they communicate with the chosen migrants.
Itenary of sponsorship under Business Sub Section 132 Australia process also includes a discussion session with the probable sponsorship candidates to further establish their suitability and also the potential business plans.

You do not need to supply any supporting while creating and submitting an EOI, but it is suggested that you must always compile all crucial attachments and annexe that you have indicated in your EOI and keep them ready. Once you are indicated of probability of selection for sponsorship, you must revert back positively with an online request with 60 months.
