Although you can set up a filtration system into the pool itself, there are still a few areas that only above ground pool vacuums can clean. Before purchasing one, however, it's helpful to understand the differing types of vacuums available and their uses. That way you'll understand precisely what to look for when deciding on a brand and model.1. Suction-side Cleaners -- these vacuums are dependent on the suction and filtration system of your pool. This is particularly helpful for cleaning up the bottom of the pool without the need to grip the swimming pool cleaner in your hand at all times. It's totally automated so you are able to leave it laboring on its own.
