If you will be using this technique, be sure to remember to make the "blogs" seem natural. In another word one per day instead of 200 in one hour will produce steady but powerful results. Google will rank your inbound links better if it is not considered to be "spam", so just like a drop of water per day it will accumulate to something that Google will value in the long run.
The second part of this article is about permalinks, a permalink is very much like what the name suggest "a permanent link". To produce a permalink the best resources are the various forms out there on the Internet, find a relevant topic and post your thoughts and inputs but remember to include a link in your posting to form a permalink. Permalink is the perfect inbound link to your web site, and it will certainly help you Google ranking in the long run. But remember to be patient just like the blogs, ranking does not happen over night!
