Well, this is no longer the case. The creators have pulled the reselling licenses. It can now only be purchased via them For example, you have to purchase a "usage license."
At the time of this writing, you can buy a one-month subscription (usage license) for as little as $10. This includes unlimited use - for one month. There are also six month and annual licensing plans.
