This may increase the risk involved of losing the asset if the loan is not repaid on time. To avoid such problem, there is yet another form of loan. In the second form, there is no such need of keeping any asset with the lender as collateral. This makes such loans very attractive. But here the rate of interest charged by the lender is slightly higher than the normal rate.
