There is a long drawn debate over the question that whether creativity can be learned or it is something that people born with

. It's very difficult to get the answer. People's opinion differs from each other. But one thing that is unanimously accepted is that this is one thing that very few people have. Barry Hertz is certainly one such person who poses this talent.

Many people believe that professions that relates to art and culture are for people who have plenty of creativity. Other professions are not suitable for the successful manifestation of one creativity.But this is a completely wrong notion. One would get enough opportunity to show his creative skill if he is provided with the right opportunity even in a profession like marketing and sales.

Barry Hertz got another opportunity when he was appointed as the director of sales and marketing in a good company. However this time his job was more research oriented. The job involved doing a lot of market research and analysis. However his creative skill came in very handy, as he was given the responsibility to explore newer ways to promote businesses.

Finally Barry Hertz got the best opportunity of his career when he was appointed as the

director of social media in a reputed company. Social media is a field, which requires a lot of creativity. It's a relatively new form of marketing medium, which is yet to be fully explored. Therefore Berry Hertz got the full opportunity to explore this medium of marketing. Here he got the opportunity to do full justice to his creative skill and he didn't miss the opportunity.

Besides his career Barry Hertz has also shown his talent as a singer. It is one of his passion and favorite pass time. Noticing his talent as a singer he was advised to release a music album. At first he didn't take the proposal seriously but later after a lot of persuasion finally he released a music album, which eventually became very popular as well.

Thus it is his sheer creative skill, which earned him a lot of success. His illustrated is a proof of the fact that if one has it in him he can do full justice for it whatever field he may be in.
