Baur Starts New Career Blog

Baur Group has started a new career blog! Now

, those interested in a job can get more extensive information about the companies in the Group and about the characteristics of individual careers in the Group. From now on, employees from all levels and companies within the Group will blog at http://jobs-blog.baur.de. More specifically, this means that they will use texts, words and videos to describe what they experience in their everyday life in the Baur Group.

"We want to facilitate authentic, honest insights into the Baur world that shows manifold job and carrier possibilities in the Group and conveys the fact that it is fun to work at Baur,", explains Irina Krulich, the personnel officer responsible for the new career blog. She adds, "many people looking for a job don't know what positions we offer or what the precise content of the individual areas of operation is. On the new blog the employees themselves will post entries. In this way, the new blog will supplement the job portal we launched a year ago at http://www.jobs.baur.de with individual experiences from various perspectives."

Like the job portal, the new career blog is divided into three central categories: "for school students", "for university students" and "for professionals". The categories will be complemented with general information on the company, which can be found in the fourth category, "About Baur".

"The entries on the new blog should be short, concise and crisp. In addition to people looking for a job, Baur Group employees should also have fun reading through the regularly updated blog entries, thereby getting to know their company and their colleagues better," says Baur's Irina Krulich.
