Bayonne Chrysler Dealerships See Great Month Of Sales
Talk about some weird things happening in the auto industry lately
. The past several years have seen varied announcements, from brand new engine technology to failing manufacturers and from horrible sales to brands moving into new segments for the first time ever. Its been one hell of a bumpy ride and a roller coaster for many brands and companies. But one thing has remained consistent: no one knows whats next. That may sound like a contradiction in itself, likening consistency to unpredictability, but its certainly a truth, and one that is hard to ignore. Alas, the recession finally appears to be turning the other way for the automotive industry, and some manufacturers are really gaining their face back. You can find one such brand at your Bayonne Chrysler dealership.
According to Chrysler, the company is expecting to log a 20 percent sales jump in the U.S. for the month of April. This announcement comes shortly on the heels of another explosive one: Chrysler made a $143 million operating profit in the first quarter. Yes, it would appear that things are looking up at your Hackensack Chrysler dealership. For this past month, Chrysler expects that U.S. sales numbers will reach 92,000, following only 76,682 units sold just a year ago. The company had been preparing to enter bankruptcy protection very shortly after April 2009. The brand expects its monthly sales to remain relatively flat on a month-to-month basis, with last months sales reaching 92,623 vehicles as an 8 percent drop from March. Regardless, your Bayonne Chrysler dealership is very happy to hear that the brand could trump last years numbers.
With so many brands still taking a huge hit from the recession and the still shaky economy, were seeing more and more companies venturing out there in an effort to differentiate themselves, whether it be in the realm of fuel technology or just general marketing ploys. For instance, I saw an article about the Lexus CT200h and a new marketing strategy where the company made a short action movie involving the CT200h to appeal to a more youthful crowd. Honestly, a big problem for your typical Hackensack Chrysler dealership is that the automaker doesnt seem to have any truly fresh products on the horizon. Well still expect to see the manufacturer rebounding over the plush summer months, into the winter, into next year and beyond. After all, you dont build a recognizable brand the likes of Chrysler if you dont have a good company backing the brand. Ask any Bayonne Chrysler dealership.
Finally, Chrysler will be launching a new product for the year in the 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, but we wont be seeing that at your Hackensack Chrysler dealership until July. And beyond that drop date, youll also be seeing the new Dodge Charger hitting the market (one of my personal favorites). Throw the new Durango and Chrysler 300 into the mix and were in business. Anyway, it is going to be an exciting summer for the hardworking brand, hopefully paying off in plenty more sales over the season.
