It's time to take advantage of this natural hypnotic state to condition your mind for success in any area of your life. You can improve something very specific such as increasing motivation to achieve weight reduction goals or perhaps wake up in the morning with more energy. Other times you may just want to improve your general well-being or increase your overall feeling of self-confidence this also can be achieved during this time before bed.
