Necessity of encourage your own knowledge with time;

Ability to be the leader in a particular group and give orders accordingly.

These pros are very important for those who are going to become a teacher. Your actions are appreciated; your words are remembered; your style is considered; and your knowledge is passed from one generation to another.

SIGNIFICANT CONS OF BEING A TEACHER

Long working days: even after classes are over, you have to check students works and projects to evaluate their knowledge;

Constant stresses: not every student is eager to agree with you and follow all your order;

Unexpected expenses: classroom items have to be done at expense of teachers investments;

Low salary: it is a known fact that the vast majority of teaches do not have too high salaries and have to search for other ways to earn more;

Obligatory meetings: usually such long meetings do not have any sense and take place because they have to;

Though the profession is characterized by both pros and cons, there is no other occupation being so influential from all perspectives: great politicians, writers, actors, economists, and philosophers need to get proper education, and the effectiveness of this education depends considerably on teachers work and skills.
