The benefits of using fitness rowing machines are huge
. You can lose fat fast, tone up your muscles and get in shape. I also just really enjoy the whole motion and get into the feeling and flow of the workout.
I've used many indoor rowing machines in my life but have only in the last 12 months found my personal favourite. I used to use a York rower when I would go to the gym and think that it's not a bad machine.
About a year back, I was having a hard time working out why I actually paid to go to the gym. I mean, it took me half an hour each way to get there and I'd 45 minutes on the rower and treadmill and then have to drive all the way home again.
Whats more, it just seemed like I was over paying because I'd only ever use 1 or 2 machines. The membership covered everything but I wasn't interested in using the sauna or any of the other trimming.
I worked out that I would have been on my way to a suit of fitness had I saved the money I had used to pay for the gym. And I realized even if I quit not I'd be able to afford a rowing machine pretty quickly.
It didn't take me long to cancel my gym membership and find a rowing machine that I planned on buying. You see I heard about the Concept 2 rower and it looked like the perfect piece of fitness equipment for my home.
The next day I went online again and purchased a Concept 2 fitness rowing machine. I got it a few days later and was thrilled with my buy. Then a friend of mine who was impressed with the rower decided to getone too. Except he managed to buy a second hand one next to nothing and it worked just as well as mine did!
From this experience I learnt that when your buying home fitness equipment, you need to research and shop around for a bargain. I'm going to be buying a treadmill in the coming months and I'm already looking for a quality second hand one.
