At first, that sounds kind of funny, until the mental fog clears and you realize you've been making some of the worst food choices ever! I will admit, that I am not perfect at eating a raw food diet, but I can always tell the difference between cooked foods and raw foods.
The main difference is having more energy! If you feel like you've got chronic fatigue and maybe you do, you may find that a raw food diet, just may be your ticket back to the world of the living again. I don't know if I ever had chronic fatigue syndrome, but I did have allergies and a weakened immune system. So I do what it's like to feel drained all the time and sleep away most of my day, until I started becoming serious about eating a raw food diet.
I believe one of the reasons why it's so hard to transition over to a raw food diet, from a cooked one, is because of the programming. The memories in your mind have been built up over many years and they will not just magically disappear. The unhealthy foods that are making you ill or tired, are still there in your memories and I believe that our memories trigger a response in our body to eat unhealthy. Of course, there may be more to it, but I've noticed it's my memories that seem to be the issue with me, how about you?
Let me give you a quick example, when a McDonald's Big Mac commercial comes on and you are trying to eat a raw food diet, your memory will automatically go back to that time when you were eating a Big Mac and as a result you begin to have a Big Mac attack. Eating raw foods is also about reprogramming your mind to eat healthier, because the battle is in the mind and that my friends is where you're going to win!
