. The answer is simple. The best exercise for losing weight is the exercise that burns the most calories. Why is that? Well, let's backtrack a little bit.
There are many different exercises, and all of them are completely different, and they all work a different part of your body. From personal experience I can tell you that aerobic exercises were the most effective, at least for me. Aerobic exercises involve working out the abs, gluteal and quadriceps muscles, and works the torso and lower body as well.
The best exercise for losing weight is lifting weights. What? Don't believe me? I know, you're thinking that you can burn more calories in an hour of running than you can in an hour of lifting weights, and you're right. The fat burning effects of lifting weights come when the workout is through.
To gradually increase the heart rate and body temperature it is important that a person must warm up first. It will prepare the muscles and joints for action and flexes the body for the next workout. Cooling down after workout is important to gradually lower the heart rate and reduces the risk of injury and soreness of the muscle.
Swimming- Many people consider swimming to be one of the best exercises for losing weight because it not only burns calories, but it helps you tone your body through the full-body workout it provides. Like running, swimming also offers aerobic benefits for the heart and lungs.
A lot of people subscribe to an exercise regimen for an average of 2 weeks to 2 months, and then lose interest in it. Why? It's not because the person is not dedicated to his or her weight loss program; it's just that the person is not enjoying or even looking forward to the exercises at hand.
There are also a lot of other health benefits to sex that a lot of people probably don't know about. Did you know that having sex a couple times a week can keep that pesky cold away? Having sex once or twice a week has been linked with higher levels of an antibody called immunoglobulin A or IgA, which can protect you from getting colds and other infections.
Most of us have been to the movies. We all think about having popcorn, candy and drinks during the show. The same thing happens when we are watching television while we eat. The mind associates the movie with the munchies and so it just seems right to be eating while watching your favorite show.

Remember that in order to effectively achieve your desired weight, you have to stick with your plan and follow it as religiously as you can to see your desired results. When you think of giving up, think of how slim you will look and how good you will feel inside and out if you manage to follow your weight loss plan. Be consistent and stay self-motivated during the whole process.
