How will you do the cleanse diet? Like mentioned above, cleanse diet depends on what toxins you want to flush out of your body. If you think that you had too much alcohol to drink, detox on alcohol. If you are under this diet, better make sure that you still get the energy you are missing. When you make a salad, put proteins on it to sustain or replace your energy.

Other people also say no to meat. If you are under this cleanse diet, some alternatives would be fish and tofu.

Cleansing diet should be done moderately and you should not stay long on the diet because there are certain side-effects such as headache, insomnia and muscle pain.
