If you are the parent or the friend of a Lego fan or even a Lego fan yourself you know how engaging and amazing this educational toy is. Lego is one of life's pure joys and with rumors that Brad Pitt builds Lego late into the night, it's clear that fascination with Lego is not just confined to the young.

The two definitive books about Lego are form Dorling Kindersley and thankfully come as one slipcased hardcover set. Brickmaster, an official Lego fan club that is sadly only available in the US, has released a series of books that contains both instructions and pieces. These books make great starter sets, presents or travel companions.
