Why would someone who can afford a Lexus worry about saving a few cents on gas here and there? Well, maybe because many people who have money have it because they save money at every turn. Besides, in today's economy everyone is looking for a bargain.

*You may feel the temptation to top off a drink, but don't top off your gas tank. Once the pump clicks off, don't try to fill it up to the nearest dollar. Any fuel you add after that point will slop or leak out. A complete waste of several cents.

*Once you're full, tighten the gas cap completely. If the seal isn't tight or if you have any broken or missing pieces, your fuel can evaporate.
