If your brand isn't on Facebook, someone else's probably is which is not a good sign if it is your competition. However, it will take more than just an icon and Facebook page to create a successful ad campaign. You have to engage with your audience now. It isn't a 30-second Superbowl ad, so it will take some work to get some attention. To truly influence consumer behavior, you have to gain people's trust and make them loyal to your brand. That never happens overnight.

The moral of the story is to get with the times, not only the digital times but also the social aspect of the digital marketing approach. Brand yourself through both and think about just how much social influence can drive your company's success. You are really only one click away.
