Breast Lift Exercises

A breast lift procedure is something that many women with droopy and saggy breasts may consider

. The idea behind the procedure is to obtain firmer and fuller breasts. The reason behind this may be childbirth and breastfeeding or a sudden loss in weight. Many women want to try out natural exercises and alternatives before going into the operation. This is due mainly to the fact that there may be some risks involved with it. Some consider exercises and natural alternatives as an initial move before undergoing surgery.

Upper Body Exercises

Most if not all of the programs involved in a breast lift endeavor are usually focused on the upper body. This is because the breasts are located there. Those who do the exercise usually lie on their backs and use weights to help attain what they want. Repetitions are the norm for them and these can yield better results if done daily.

One exercise uses the bench or a ball on which the person lies. The bench is better for novices because one needs to have good or better balance to use the ball. Novices may fall or slip if they are still new at the gym and exercising. Those who wish to go on a ball should get their bearings first without the use of dumbbells to prevent injury or an accident. Start slow and do not move too much while on the ball, initially. Once comfort has been achieved, the individual can try to use light dumbbells and try to move around on the ball. Many prefer to use the bench because of its stability and the ease of doing so but as many gym coaches point out, using the ball can increase one's sense of balance as well as help trim other parts of the body.


Other breast lift regimens may entail standing, fronting a wall, and doing mock push ups. This may not be as effective, but it can yield some results that may help. This is similar to doing traditional push-ups, but the resistance involved when doing the standing push ups against a wall may be less than traditional ones. Lifting dumbbells while standing with legs slightly apart is also another alternative to a breast lift procedure. The lifting motion should be done slowly to be able to feel each group of muscles work. Riding the momentum can decrease the effect of the exercise.

The problem with these exercises may be that they take a long time before the desired results are apparent compared to a breast lift procedure wherein the results are almost immediately seen after the recovery period.
