WWE is facing a double "Hart-ache"! The wrestling legend Bret "the Hitman" Hart has left WWE and at the same time his brother Owen Hart's widow has dragged Vince McMahon and his company to court. It's quite some time since Bret and Vince has solved their 12 year long ego-clash and this time, Bret and WWE happily parted their ways. In fact, Bret was very happy with his role as the new Raw GM and wanted to contribute to WWE's storyline. But this time, the problem was caused by his insurance company.

London's famous insurance broker Lloyds paid out to Bret Hart as his career was cut short after a series of concussions he suffered inside the WCW ring. But recently, Bret got physically involved in several WWE matches and house shows. He had a fight with Vince in Wrestlemania XXVI. He has also won the United States Championship since his return to WWE. But in both occasions, his physical involvement has been very limited. On last Monday's Raw, he was "brutally" attacked by the NXT Rookies. But Lloyds were not happy with Bret getting involved in any kind of physical confrontation. Bret, therefore, decided to say good bye once again. As a result, the current storyline was changed in the last minute after "Fatal 4 Way" pay per View and Vince "Fired" Bret on Raw during the on air storyline. Fans will certainly be upset with Hart's release.

But the next "Hart-attack" took place when Martha Hart, the widow of Owen Hart, launched a lawsuit against Vincent Kennedy McMahon, Linda McMahon and WWE. She said in a statement that since Owen's premature death 11 years ago, she worked hard to make it sure that their children are protected from WWE and its activities. She wanted to disassociate his husband's name and likeness from anything related to the promotion to put their kids away from any possible indication of the circumstances that surrounded their father's death. But she said that she was shocked to see WWE using Owen's name and likeness in websites, videos and print materials. Owen died a premature death in 1999 when he fell from a harness in which he was making a special entrance during a Pay-Per-View. Hart family sued WWE successfully and received an $18 million settlement. Martha said it was a "callous, insensitive and irresponsible behavior" and asks questions about the "moral character" of Vince and Linda McMahon. Linda is currently running for Senate in Connecticut and this, certainly, was not a positive campaign for her.
