Asymmetry: This is unfortunate and can be avoided by simply choosing a surgeon who has experience. He should take his time evaluating your face before he even thinks about operating. Revision surgery may be necessary to fix this problem.

Higher hair line. This happens when the area is pulled tight and repositioned. It shouldn't be noticeable, but if you already have a high hair line, it may be more pronounced. Inability to move the brow. Again, this is possible if the surgeon tightens the area too much. Having an experienced surgeon can help you avoid this problem.

The best way to combat these risks is to choose the right plastic surgeon. Find one with experience in this procedure and is board certified. Ask around for recommendations and look at his before and after pictures.

To achieve the best results, he may recommend combining the procedure with an eye lift as well. The other thing you have to do is follow his post-op instructions to the letter for faster healing. Having a brow lift can change the age of your face and when you look younger, you feel younger.
