Philadelphia, PA-NJ - Recent homebuyers in southern New Jersey honored one of the area's most highly regarded homebuilders for his outstanding commitment to quality and customer service.

Bruce Paparone, Inc. New Homes of Stratford, New Jersey was honored with the Commitment to Excellence Award by the Sales and Marketing Committee of the Builders League of South Jersey at the annual Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence Awards held at The Merion Caterers on Route 130 in Cinnaminson, Wednesday night.

The Commitment to Excellence Award was established in 1996 to recognize the League's builder members who demonstrate outstanding customer service and quality as perceived by South Jersey's newest homebuyers. The annual award is based on a survey sent throughout the year to new homebuyers. These surveys provide valuable feedback to builder members who are interested in monitoring and upgrading their customer service. The criteria for selection is based on overall professionalism in the new home purchase, quality of workmanship, customer relations, service after the sale and total customer satisfaction.

"The goal of this award program is to ensure continued quality and outstanding customer service from all members of the Builder's League," says Bruce Paparone. "We are honored to receive this prestigious award again."

For the sixth time, the Stratford-based home builder has earned the Commitment to Excellence Award from his homebuyers. Community Sales Managers Marilyn Ruff and Bernice Azarian were also honored along with Sales Consultant Donna Scicchitano for their outstanding sales volume throughout the course of the year.

Four generations of building experience have gone into the many thousands of homes that have been built by Paparone throughout Southern New Jersey. Homes are currently offered at seven different communities throughout Gloucester and Burlington Counties.
