Wait until your item goes on sale before you buy it. Never buy full price if you know that department store will put it on sale a month later. Online shops sell the same items as department store does with a competitive price. Moreover, they often offer the lower price with the same quality as department store does. And the next best thing to stay fashionable with tight budget is with buy a couple of nice blouses, blazers, cardigans, skirts and pants. Buy different colors of similar styles then mix and match them.
