Burn Fat To Get A Six Pack Fast
What many people don't realize, is that they can get a six pack by doing nothing more than just burning fat
. You see, underneath your layer of belly fat you will have great abdominals. So instead of toiling away in the gym trying to build muscle, focus on losing your bodyfat. This is exactly how I managed to get my abs and now by reading the tips I have given below, you can too.
Here are some gerneral things, if you do, you will burn fat off that body. You are going to have to do some things very differently, but it you want the muscle, and burn the fat, then you have to be ready to take some new actions. Einstein said it best when he defined insanity as "Doing the same thing over and over, and expecting different results."
You can only burn fat or gain muscle effectively at any given time. If you want to concentrate on fat burning, then here is the route in basic form:
1. Eat 5-6 meals a day. (Every 3 hours)
2. Eat 20% below your caloric maintenance level
3. Split your workout into a two day split, done only three times per week. Alternate day 1 with day 2, and don't repeat the same workouts back to back.
4. Do cardio no longer than 45 minutes on non-workout days
5. Take ONE day off during the week from all training
6. Cut out highly processed foods like refined cereals, and eat whole foods for a higher thermic effect.
7. Eat at least 1.5 grams of protein per pound of Lean Body Mass.
8. Every meal, try to have a protein, and starchy carb, and a vegetable. This combination will give you a sustained blood sugar level, not an insulin spike. Insulin will not allow you to use fat for energy until stabilized.
9. Cut out high fat foods, oils, mayo, all fried foods, hot dogs, butter, high fat milk, etc.
10. Keep at it consistently day after day. Too many people give up just when they're about to see some good results.
So as you can see, my top 10 fat burning tips don't include going to the gym and pumping iron. Instead, by using my advice, you'll start losing weight and an increased rate. And once you've got rid of most of your bodyfat, then you can begin to start doing some abs exercises and workouts to build up your abdominal muscle.
The last thing I want to tell you about, before you start getting on with it, is Interval cardio training. This is great because it will produce much better results then that of normal cardio and much faster too. The aim is to push your body to the utmost intensity, and when that happens you'll see that you will start losing weight much faster.
An Interval workout would start off by you doing an exercise at a very slow and easy pace. Like you might just be doing some light jogging for a minute or two. And then you would burst into a full sprint for a minute before slowing up to a simple jog again. This would then be repeated as many times as you feel fit.
