With childhood obesity on the rise in a nation laden with chronic disease, many of America's families are starting to take a proactive approach toward wellness. They're adding more fresh fruits and vegetables to their diets, getting lots of exercise as a family unit, and setting some time aside each week to simply unwind from their hectic lifestyles. They're also spending more time in prayer and meditation, and seeking family counseling when needed. As a result, they're getting healthier, feeling more optimistic and energetic, and strengthening family and spiritual ties. Business Day Terry Bradshaw is proud to offer this important series.

The series will educate viewers on the ways in which families throughout the country are making positive changes in their lives. From participating in family-focused wellness programs, to formulating their own family goals and rewards, Business Day's Family Wellness series will reveal what organizations and individuals are doing to ensure the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellness of America's families.
